Sahtunkinish Law is an Estate Planning law firm licensed in South Carolina. It was started by Arthur Sahtunkinish after 7 years of representing clients who could not afford private attorneys, across a wide variety of legal fields. In that time he has represented dozens of families through drafting estate documents, handling a family member’s passing, and going through Probate Court. After seeing first-hand what families can experience when they aren’t prepared for tragedies, he started his own private firm so that each client can have the personal attention of an estate-planning attorney at every stage of the process.
